About

Mary is an architectural designer and animator. Her MArch thesis projects focused on time-based media, human and non-human inhabitants, and ecologies. Mary has extensive experience working with public and private sector clients, in practices such as Fletcher Priest, Office S&M, Dowen Farmer and Jan Kattein Architects on residential, commercial, cultural and public realm projects from concept through to delivery, developing briefs through engagement with local communities. 

She is one of the directors of “Co-Living London”, creatively narrating stories of housing crises through film. She has taught multiple short and higher education courses in design disciplines for people of all ages and backgrounds, advocating for locality, circularity and mutual support between people and places at all levels. 

Mary is also a part-time design tutor at the MArch course at Westminster University specialising in the relationship between time, the body and architectural space.
