Autumn Cohort 2022

Sevenoaks District Council

Natasha's role at Sevenoaks District Council fed into Development Management and Strategic Planning within the Planning department. Part of her role was to review the design quality of major planning applications and provide feedback comments to the Planning Officers, which then informed the determination of planning applications. This involved checking that the proposed development was in accordance with national and local design policy. Another part of her role was developing design policy and guidance for the Local Plan, particularly working on an approach to Design Coding for the district.
