About
Fi has worked at a senior level across leadership development and recruitment, with a longstanding interest in how individuals and organisations grow and thrive together.
She joined Public Practice from her independent coaching practice, where she supported clients including the Welsh Government, KPMG, and several universities. Her work has focused on leadership transitions, organisational culture and professional development.
Alongside her coaching work, Fi brings experience from elected office, having served as a District Councillor.
She joined Public Practice in Spring 2025 as Head of Learning and Development to support our Associate and Alum network, deliver our Associate Programme and evolve new programmes.
