Daniel Davis

Daniel joined Public Practice in April 2025 as our Recruitment & Partnerships Manager, and is responsible for ensuring our recruitment services meet the evolving needs of the public sector. He will work closely with our local authority partners to support the inclusive resourcing of their placemaking teams, overseeing our Associate Programme recruitment and the Public Practice Jobs Board.

With a background in communications and partnerships, Daniel is committed to supporting organisations working towards greater equity and sustainability. After over a decade in brand and engagement roles across the cultural and hospitality sectors, Daniel completed a master’s in Architecture and Historic Urban Environments, catalysing a career focus on placemaking.

In Autumn 2022, Daniel joined the Public Practice Associate Programme, working at Greater Manchester Combined Authority. There, he contributed to “Growth Locations”, integrating the city-region’s social, economic and environmental objectives across key regeneration areas. He also supported delivery of Greater Manchester’s Brownfield Housing Fund. Before rejoining Public Practice, Daniel led the London School of Architecture’s “Part 4” programme, supporting architects to build new competencies in a changing sector.
